Terms of Use.

Last Update: 2026-04-03

We prepared a short summary to help you quickly understand who we are, what Aviondir does, and the rules of use. The extended version below is legally binding: please read it carefully before using the platform.

01. Purpose and overview

These General Terms govern the use of the Aviondir website and web app (aviondir.com and related subdomains), as well as any content made available through the platform. The goal is to clarify services, technical limits, and user responsibilities when handling AIXM data.

02. What Aviondir is and who we are

Aviondir is a next‑generation AIM viewer designed to simplify the management of complex aeronautical data. The platform allows importing, validating, visualizing, filtering, and exporting AIXM 5.1 datasets in interactive Web‑GIS environments. Aviondir is operated by Dario Sangiovanni (10 Under Tiber Studio), Via Castagnevizza 192, 00054 Fiumicino (RM), Italy, VAT IT13120271005.

03. Access and acceptance

By accessing or using Aviondir, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms in their most recent version. If you use features that require registration or additional services, you also accept any specific conditions that apply. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

04. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend, integrate, or replace these General Terms at any time. Changes become effective when published on this page with an updated revision date. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically; continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

05. Minors

Aviondir services are not intended for minors under 18. By using the platform, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms.

06. Use rules and user responsibility

You must use Aviondir in compliance with applicable law, public order, and these Terms. You are responsible for the data you upload (AIXM files, metadata, operational notes) and warrant that it is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe third‑party rights. You remain solely responsible for operational decisions and outcomes derived from platform use.

07. Prohibited uses

It is forbidden to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities, for primary air navigation or traffic separation, for mass data extraction (scraping), for reverse engineering, to create fake accounts or use other users’ credentials, or to introduce malware, overload systems, or bypass security controls.

08. AIXM import, merge, and export

Aviondir supports importing multiple AIXM files and applies automated merge and conflict‑resolution checks to consolidate data into a coherent database. Features are provided in demo mode and may be incomplete. You must verify outputs before any operational use, especially when exporting data back to AIXM.

09. Duty to consult official sources

CRITICAL OPERATIONAL WARNING:Aviondir is NOT an official source of aeronautical information. You must verify every datum (frequencies, coordinates, NOTAM, obstacles, procedures) through official publications (AIP, SUP, AIC) and competent AIS services before any operation. The platform is informational and planning support only.

10. License scope

We grant a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Aviondir. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense, or use the software to build a competing service without written authorization. Any unauthorized use results in immediate termination of the license.

11. Intellectual and industrial property

All platform content (interfaces, code, maps, trademarks, logos, texts, documentation) is owned by 10 Under Tiber Studio or respective rights holders who authorized its use. Access does not grant any transfer of rights to the user.

12. User‑uploaded content and data

By uploading data to Aviondir, you grant 10 Under Tiber Studio a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license limited to service delivery to process, index, visualize, export, and generate technical reports on the uploaded data. You retain ownership of your datasets and are responsible for legality, accuracy, and compliance.

13. Additional services and roadmap

Some features may be offered as add‑ons or experimental (demo). Specific conditions may apply. Integration of Digital NOTAM and other advanced functions is on the roadmap and not guaranteed within defined timelines.

14. Payments on the platform

Aviondir may offer paid features in the future. Payments will be handled through external providers compliant with security standards. If issuer authorization is denied, the transaction will be cancelled. Pricing will be disclosed before purchase.

15. Third parties and links

The platform may include links to third‑party sites or services. 10 Under Tiber Studio does not control those resources and is not responsible for their content, availability, or any damage arising from their use.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10 Under Tiber Studio is not liable for direct or indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions, AIXM parsing errors, or operational outcomes derived from using Aviondir. The platform is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and error‑free operation.
